No. Our products are sold only to adult smokers, 18 years or older. All Day Vaper does not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from or about children or anyone under the age of 18. If we discover we have received any information from an individual under the age of 18 and in violation of this Policy, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe All Day Vaper has any information from or about anyone under the age of 18, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Because our business changes constantly, our Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our Notices and Conditions, unless you have instructed us not to. You should check our Web Site frequently to view recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of collected customer information without the consent of affected customers.
 

Terms and Conditions

General


1.) You must be 18 or older to try, purchase, or use these products.
2.) The customer acknowledges that nicotine is an addictive, potentially habit forming substance and may adversely affect circulatory and/or pulmonary function. Any nicotine containing products that are sold or resold by All Day Vaper are designed to deliver a similar pharmacological and physiological experience as compared to a cigarette and with a similar impact on health. If any side effects, or possible side effects are experienced, use of the product should be ceased immediately and a physician consulted.

 

Shipping

1.) We provide free USPS Priority shipping on all domestic orders with a minimum Grand Total of $50 USD.
2.) Orders that have selected the USPS free or USPS Flat Rate shipping option are shipped with a delivery goal of 1-4 business days based on delivery estimates provided by USPS. This does not include processing time, which is under 48 hours ( business days ), with the exception of back ordered items which will be filled and shipped promptly upon inventory availability.
3.) Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders with United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and USPS. Options include: 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM, 1-3 Day. Prices will vary depending on geographical location. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on business days will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until Monday.
4.) We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties. 
5.) Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 7 days of "Delivered" status update via the tracking information. 

Warranty


1)  Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to: 

• Devices that have dropped. 
• Devices that have been crushed. 
• Devices that have suffered damage from e-liquid leaking into the unit. 
• Devices that have been exposed to water. 
• Bent devices/atomizers. 
• Damage to products due to user negligence.

2.) All sales on E-liquids and products are final without exception; With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used can not be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
3.) Customers are responsible for return shipping unless they have been sent the wrong product. 

 

Price Match Guarantee at Retail/B&M All Day Vaper Locations


1.) Online offers and pricing are not eligible for Price Match Guarantee in All Day Vaper Retail/B&M locations unless specifically indicated for said product.
2.) Local and State taxes vary from city to city and state to state and customer is responsible for these when purchasing in Retail/B&M All Day Vaper locations.

It’s OK to to change your mind about hardware product you've purchased and decided not to use. Please see below for what you need to know.*

RETURNS

In-Store: You may return unused, unopened hardware at a retail B&M location only if the product was purchased at a retail B&M All Day Vaper store. 
Online: If you purchased your product via our online website, you must contact customer support to initiate a return.

Hardware:

We give our retail customers 7 days from date of purchase to change their minds about an UNOPENED, UNUSED product. If a customer purchases a Mod, Tank or Hardware that is UNOPENED and UNUSED, we will take it back no questions asked if it is brought back within 7 days of original purchase. A receipt is necessary for refund or exchange.

*eLiquid:

All Day Vaper E-Liquid 

All sales on eLiquid are FINAL without exception. Because eLiquids are consumables, there is an inherent risk in accepting returns or exchanges because of possible tampering. Despite “tamper evident” capping, the possibility exists that eLiquid may be tampered with and then resealed to appear as if it has not been tampered with. The mere fact that this possibility exists and may cause a public health risk that we may be liable for makes eLiquid sales final. 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS All Day Vaper does not accept defective items that are more than 30 days out from in-store purchase date. A defective item refers to an item that is defective out of the box due to manufacturer's negligence. An item is not considered defective if the defect or issue is caused by user error. Defects caused by user error are not covered under the defective return policy and are not eligible for defective return, exchange or replacement. Some examples of user error are: 
● Devices that have been dropped
● Devices that have been crushed
● Devices that have suffered damage from e-liquid leaking into the unit 
● Devices that have been exposed to water
● Damage to products due to user negligence

REQUIREMENTS FOR DEFECTIVE RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Most companies offer anywhere between a 30 - 90 day warranty period from the date of sale. All Day Vaper honors a 30 day warranty on hardware products purchased via our retail locations or online retail store when a product is defective due to a manufacturer defect. However, due to manufacturer requirements, we must abide by the following when accepting a defective return and any customer returning a defective device must have the following in order for you to accept the defective return:
● Original Product Packaging
● Receipt/Proof of Purchase 
● Picture or Video demonstrating the defect 
● A written or typed explanation accompanying the defective product and visual context.
● “Damaged” Coils are NEVER eligible for return or replacement UNLESS there is a manufacturer recall.
